DPROs felicitated for outstanding publicity campaign

Bihar Information and Public Relation Minister Brishen Patel felicitated the district public relation officers (DPROs) for their outstanding contribution in Bihar Diwas celebrations at a function in Patna on July 22, 2011. DPRO Kaimur, Parimal Kumar won the first prize while Ravi Bhushan Sahay, DPRO (Rohtas), got the second prize.
