Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar launched eZ-Pay, easy pay card schemes for students in Patna on March 26, 2011. Under the scheme, students can get instant money from their scholarships amount from ATM through the pay card of the State Bank of India.In the first phase, Bihar Government will issue 2.5 lakhs cards to the students of class XI to PhD level belonging to SC, ST, EBC and OBC.
