Bihar CM lays foundations of projects worth Rs 9.53 crore in Sikriya

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar visited Sikriya village in Jehanabad district on January 21, 2011 under state government’s ambitious project “Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar”. The programme is aimed at rooting out Naxalite influence through development.

The Chief Minister addressed a public meeting after laying foundations of different development projects worth Rs. 9.53 crore at Sikriya.

Speaking on the occasion, Nitish Kumar criticized the Manmohan Singh government for not disclosing the names of people who deposited black money in foreign banks. “ The helplessness shown by the Prime Minister in revealing the names, will increase the corruption in society”, he remarked.
