PL Punia in Patna

National Commission for Scheduled Castes Chairman and MP PL Punia was in Patna on July 3, 2011. Punia was the chief guest at an awareness programme oragnised at the SK Meomrial Hall. Addressing the function, Punia said atrocities against the scheduled castes were on the rise in Bihar. The State occupied fourth position behind Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh in terms of crime against scheduled castes people, he added.
