Madrasa teachers welcome Bihar Government decision
Madrasa teachers thanked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for opening of new Madrasas in the state in function in Patna on February 26, 2011.
Govt of Bihar has not sent Utilization certificate to HRD of Previous Madarsa modernization scheme AIMMP that's why thousands of Madarsa teachers are starving in SPQEM scheme of govt of india.their salaries are not paid from 2009. Who is responsible for it..................?
