Film festival organised to celebrate Bihar Diwas

State Government's Information and Public Relation Department organised a film festival at Mona Cinema Hall in Patna on March 18, 2011 as a part of the Bihar Diwas celebrations. Bihar's Information and Public Relation Department Minister Brishen Patel inaugurated the festival.
