A British delegation led by Malcom Bruce, MP, and chairman of the UK Parliament's International Development Select Committee called on the Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar at latter's office on March 10, 2011. They praised the development of Bihar in health, road and human resources sectors. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar presented a memento the Malcom Bruce on the occasion. Other members of the delegation were Alison McGovern, Richard Harrington, David Harrison and Anis Sarwar.
